General Comments
A friend told me that Maytag is a good brand so I bought fridge, Maytag Neptune Washer, and dryer all together when I moved into my new house in 1999. Up to now, my fridge had four time service calls, and washer had more than 5 times. Instead of doing trouble searching, Maytag technician changed circuit board and charged me more than $200 every time. Now dryer is showing another problem. The timer is not working and stops in the middle of cycle. I cannot wait to throw all three junks out. It is a shame to see many people complain the same brand.
