It was my first time using Easyjet and please believe me when I tell you I will NEVER use them again. My family and I were in Paris and needed to get to Rome. We booked our flight with Easyjet at least two months in advance. Once we arrived at the airport in Paris ready to check in, the reps at the Easyjet counter inform us that our tickets (there were eight of us) had all been cancelled and that we had been refunded our money. Needless to say we were stunned and had received absolutely no notice of the cancellation and of course we had never received any refunds on our credit card indicating the same. We were so upset and the customer representatives there were so so rude to us. I have NEVER experienced such rudeness from anyone in any part of the world. So, they demanded we pay cash if we wanted to get on the flight and offered no explanation or details as to why or how the cancellation had occurred. We were forced to withdraw cash in order to purchase the tickets AGAIN at more than double the price. We wanted to continue our trip so we had no choice but to agree to their demands which of course is beyond wrong and unfair. So now we are trying to get in contact with someone from the company and of course there isn't a direct number anywhere. We have tried to contact them by email but of course we have had no such luck with that. If anyone knows a number or way of getting a hold of someone that can actually help us I would really appreciate it. It was a horrible experience and they should not be able to get away with this. They were horrible to us, took our money, and offered no apologies. To make matters worse, we found out today that the same exact thing happened to a friend of ours today while checking in to her flight to Paris!!!! I will never recommend Easyjet to anyone!
