Requested top of range stretch silver Experian hummer from Hummer Hummer Limos, got white stretch, not the one shown on website, contracted job out to A1stretch.com. Hummer that arrived was very inferior, shabby seats and no ps2 or karaoke as booked. Extremely disappointed, no notification of change in booking made, despite 3 phone calls to confirm details of booking at different stages leading up to event. I would not recommend this company.

    Hi Harrow,

    This is Richard from HummerHummer, I can not seem to find the booking details assigned to your name on the review centre therefore I am unable discuss exact specifics. What I can mention is that in the whole of 2008 we have had no more than 3-4 mechanical issues with our vehicles. When our other HummerHummer limousines have been booked out we have had no other choice but to sub-contract work to a different company. This is stated in our T&C's for everyone to see, PLEASE NOTE we do offer a full refund if the customer is not satisfied with a replacement sub-contract vehicle. With over 200 bookings in the system that year our reliability rating is very high for this industry.

    We have had reported back some issues with the company we sub-contracted to and therefore I take your comment fully on board, we have now changed our contingency supplier for future. Please contact me on the phone when you get a second Harrow, I would like to hear your concerns further and see if we can arrange something suitable for you.
