I would not recommend buying a house from David Wilson homes. They promise you the earth, then give you nothing!! They take months to get snagging work looked at, then even longer to get it repaired. How they can see houses I will never know!!

I agree with this review because my experience of them is harrowing and so is that of many people on this site; however i am now taking legal action against them for poor quality of product and breach of contract and i appear to be winning as well as taking direct action on the site with a negative advertising campaign. I will not allow them to supply rubbish when my £ are of top quality and they are now offering a tiny amount of compensation which is rising every few days. My advice and that of my legal team is begin litigation and dont accept no for an answer!
