General Comments

Since last year I flew from Manchester uk to New York usa about 2-3 times a year. This has to be the worse airline I ever flown with for that route. I took it because I felt the quality would outweigh the extra time I spent travelling. Boy was I wrong. The 747 was old style and cramped. The staff onboard reminded me of my old army cook who just tossed the trays to the coach passengers and gave a look like "why are you too greedy to buy first class".
The plane from NYC to Manchester was late taking off and not a single word of apology from them for holding up the flight for 1 hour. We missed our slot for take off and waited 90 more mins on the ground.
Getting to Amsterdam I was rushed onto the connecting flight and told my bags were already given priority and would be with me in Manchester. I got there no bags and not on next flight. Then they sent me to some third part who at first said I had no bags and took 2 hours to find I did and it somehow was on its way to Spain. Finally got my bags via courier 3 days later.
