I will NEVER fly Air France again unless they make a full apology and provide us with reimbursement for our expenses while stranded. What's nice about Air France . . . Nice aeroplane, shame about the company. Air France had NO customer service and exaggerated refunds (a thousand dollar voucher turned out to be worth less than $200) after one of their many strikes stranded us in Paris. Additionally many of their Paris staff were arrogant to the point of incivility. Only one lady in Canada was highly respectful.
