Food was excellent, service in restaurant was of a high standard.
We booked an over night spa break with last minute.com. We booked additional treatment direct with the hotel. On arrival we were told the treatments could only be fitted in on the day of our departure even though they had been booked for the previous day. We were refused a refund even though we had paid £152 for treatments we did not receive. We were told to come back at a later date to have the treatments. We did not receive the complementary massage either. The relaxation room was not at all relaxing due to the majority of clients expressing their disappointment with the treatments. These were according to a number of people we spoke to cut short and not of a good standard. We also had to wait over an hour for a cup of coffee in the spa. We found the spa manager not at all helpful and rather rude.
If you are planning a spa break i have been to far better, although if you are just looking for a hotel this is ok.
