Too slow to connect

General Comments

Standard Bank is absolutely the worst internet banking site available. Slow (if not impossible) to connect. Unfriendly and confusing layout. Unable to save at least the bank card number on my computer for next use. Every time I log on, it's a chore to pull out my bank card, type in all 18 digits and then 2 different PIN codes. Some days it would actually be faster to wait in those long queues than attempt this internet headache.
