ease of access able to review accounts whenever need arises


Bad Points

message "unable to connect at this time try again later" appears too frequently


General Comments

my overall satisfaction with US banks internet site is very good. I like being able to pay bills on line and the ability to move funds from savings or credit lines as necessary without visiting a branch or calling a busy teller or the customer service line where the response time is sometimes abominable
