Good Points

That the box outside deters burglars

Bad Points

Customer service is awful. They are unhelpful and pass the buck and have not rectified their mistakes.

General Comments

I have had a monitored alarm for 10 yrs. Since ADT took over the contract they have taken payments twice - not refunded until they have been asked several times. They have made this particular error twice. They then cancelled my contract when I did not ask them to and despite at least 5 letters and 3 phone calls still have not reinstated it. Then asked me to pay £45 for the privilege when it was their error!
