Nothing is good with Expedia. I booked twice with Expedia and had a horrible experience. They booked hotels for a different date and I had to go a whole night without sleep. I had to pay out of my pocket for the hotel. Bad customer service representatives and bad supervisors. They are not ready to help. If you want to have a good holiday, please do not use Expedia for booking your reservations

   You are the ones who booked them, expedia only helped you do it-- and even gave you discounted rates compared to booking directly with the hotel. You should have done a research first on the hotel or reviewed everything before submitting the booking.
