simple to set up recording a programme.


General Comments

I have had two BT Vision V-Boxes fail and replaced since January The second V Box only lasted a week before it stopped working altogether. The 3rd replacement was installed today, but the remote will not put it on Standby - only way is to use the manual rocker switch.
The remote is programmed to control the TV but pressing the Standby button turns off the TV screen and doesn't affect the V Box.
There are serious bugs in the design of the V Box and remote. If this V Box fails I shall buy a Freeview Box instead which have proved fine in the past.

    the remote is switching your tv off because you have pressed the MODE button press MODE ONCE ! and then press standby and it will turn off the V-Box not your telly
