Large range, thats about it.


General Comments

We bought a rug (3x4m) in grey and blue from Woven Ground. When we got it the colours were really flat and very unlike the picture on the website.
We took advantage of there return policy but were shocked to discover they charged us £30 to return it. When my wife called to complain the staff member was not helpful, so we are biting the bullet and just returning this rug of course we will never use Wovenground again.

    I disagree with this review because wovenground let customers send anything back FREE they only charge if the customer wants a specialist collection which is weighted depending on service requested & the size of the rug being returned.

    There was no option but to pay £30, the only FREE delivery is if you drive it there yourself. Judging by how you defend Wovenground I assume you work for them.
