Local.
Purchased a 2002 Renault Clio in May 2008 with an additional warranty. Had a recurring problem that causes the car to stall at slow speed. BTC took a brief look at the car and said they'd fixed it, although the car still stalls. Have since tried to get them to look at it, but they say I must pay because it is not covered by the warranty. Now we want to sell the car, but without history it is difficult. Paid £4000 less than a year ago and now the car is worth £2000 or less due to the lack of history! They offered to buy the car back for £1500. All in all, poor customer service and seemingly high prices.
