General Comments
I do not recommend Toucan broadband!
Where do I start? Call centre agents were unhelpful I think, cannot hear you properly.
Moved house and wanted to cancel contract. Had to call several times and was told several different things in my opinion. Eventually managed to disconnect then received my final bill which was paid by DD, then received statements monthly telling me I was 6.19 in credit.
Almost a year later I called and suggested they stop sending me the statements and return the 6.19 that is in my account which they did. I then received a 6.19 refund followed by a 3.00 bill for a manual charge I was never told about. In order to attempt to get this waived I had to call twice FROM SPAIN spending more than 3.00 on this and it is still not resolved.
