Failed to make scheduled delivery on four separate occasions (still waiting)

Received a letter telling me that delivery had been attempted for my radiohead tickets and to phone to re-arrange. "Great" I thought but this was the start of endless phone calls and broken promises. I re-arranged for a suitable day (there aren't many, I'm a fourth year medical student and my girlfriend is in the middle of her medical finals) and lo and behold they failed to deliver. When I phoned to ask after my item i was told by a in my opinion rude representative that they would be here "in a few minutes, or something" which, of course, they weren't. I had to phone several times that evening as people kept telling me they would phone the courier and get back in touch with me, which, again, never happened. Eventually I was told that the delivery would be made the next day (they used the word "guarantee" at this point). Luckily this shouldn't have been a problem. However the delivery once again failed to arrive and I had another pleasant evening on the phone with SMS representatives who told me a story about the van getting a flat tyre in the afternoon and having to return to the depot. I was told that the delivery would be made on Saturday morning, before 12, again this was a GUARANTEE, but, when I called SMS again early Saturday afternoon to inquire as to where my tickets were i was told "no, no, your item isn't due to be delivered till Tuesday" , so I was misinformed again! At this point I began to get somewhat angry, as you might expect, in response to this I was told that the item would be delivered on Tuesday morning, before 10 (another guarantee). It is now half past 11, I don't have my delivery, and two separate representatives have told me that my item is "on the way" and that they will "phone the courier" and "let me know" where it is. This has not happened.
