Decent connection speed.
Poor customer service in every respect - technical, billing, etc.
If it wasn't for Demon's poor customer service, I'd recommend them. As it stands, I cannot recommend them. Poor call centre; support staff reading from a script; threatening letters when you cancel a direct debit in order to pay by cheque. Not recommended.
