Postmaster has been down since April the 25th without any warning as far as I am aware. That's the best part of 2 WEEKS. There is no way of getting in contact with anyone in my opinion? The Bibliotech website has a form you can fill in about 'any problems' that I have had no response from yet, as far as I am aware.
What's worse is there is absolutely no any information on the problem, not even a 'downtime' page for the website I can find?.
I've been using Postmaster for work, that's why I PAID for the service. I've not been able to get any work done though, and have lost many other jobs for 2 WEEKS as I'm self employed through email.
If you need an email address for your work, I do not recommend Postmaster. Go for hotmail - it's free and the spam filters are better too in my opinion. It's not that the service was necessarily that bad when it worked for me. It's just that 2 weeks and counting of unscheduled downtime without warning or any information isn't right when you pay for a service as far as I am concerned.
If they ever get back up and running? I'm gonna try and get a full refund.
