It's easy when you know how but the guidance is poor initially and the whole process can be a bit messy until you get yourself a bit organised
The instruction manual is very poor and could be improved for beginners by 100%. There's little space under the head for cups or milk jugs for frothing.
We took the original Krups XP2000 espresso machine back within a week - it had a mind of its own! We were given an instant replacement at Comet. It seems to be working much better. Time will tell. The coffee is lovely though!
