They canceled my tickets and more or less gave me a full refund on the airline seats I had booked within China.
Bad Points
Their prices were three times higher than the fares published by the China airline on its uk website - in other words - Ebookers charged me £1100 for two tickets which I could have bought for £330 for two as far as I am concerned.
General Comments
Customer services were unhelpful in my opinion. Instead of responding to my complaint (legitimate) I was told that they check their prices regularly... I've personally heard that one before! Do not recommend E Bookers.com
