We have booked our holidays with sky travel and had very good deals so far, until today 4th May 2008 when we arrived to check in and found that the holiday was a different day!!!
Because of the bank holiday, resolving our travel arrangements, have now had to be delayed for 2 days, until Tuesday, as no one is able to help till then.
Our beautiful holiday to Jamaica, has been spoiled for me, and my daughter and son, we had the receipts and all documents, to fly on the 4th of May 08 and we went to the Manchester airport at 5am to check in and then, they said that we unable to travel because of date error. Id spoken to the travel operators on the 3rd to confirm when we were to check in as it was an early flight. So the operators could have told me that there was a problem when I had phoned to inquire about the holiday. I had spoken to them 4 times in the last 2 months.
