Good policy and premium for my 10 year old cat so far has been very reasonable but having made two claims this year am fully expecting an increase on renewal

Slow in responding and paying out
General Comments
Originally I found Sainsburys Pet Insurance quite good but I am considering changing this year as I am not happy with the length of time it takes to process claims. I have policies with other companies for my two other pets which are better.
