Looks like a good deal to me...
The promised package never worked, and when after numerous expensive phone calls they concluded they could not get it to work they agreed to pay back the cost of the (non existent) service, then they didn't pay!
I have never experienced such poor customer service personally! The tech side kept procrastinating about getting it working in my opinion (it will work in two days, then seven days, then fourteen days etc), Finally even the orange customer support suggested that I should get another provider...
To add insult to injury they said they would refund what I had paid waiting for the service to work, then didn't. I have concluded that their strategy is to frustrate you to the point of giving up. What seemed like a dream package turned out to be a nightmare for me.
