Good Points

Competition grade .177 cal. pump air rifle. Fully adjustable peep sights. 1 piece Maple stock. Well balanced for consistant shooting. Includes quick-disconnect fore-arm sling.


Bad Points

Small breech. Butt not adjustable for shoulder length. No cheek pad. Single shot.


General Comments

The Daisy Powerline 853 is an excellent air rifle for Youth shooting competitions. It's .177 caliber lead pellet shoots an extreemly tight group on indoor ranges with the easily adjustable peep sights. The full size maple stock is very comfortable to shoot for the the average shooter, but could stand to be a tiny bit longer for us tall guys.

    Request more info on a Daisy Rogers USA Power Line 860, 177 caliber. I am in need to register guns in my posession, so the question is: Is the air spring on the above listed BB gun over 152.4 m/sec (500ft/sec)and exeeding 5.7 joules (4.2 f#)of nozzle energy?
