I would write some but sadly there isn't no good points in my experience.
Unhelpful staff
they passed me from pillar to post in my opinion
I personally feel I do not know what they are doing to help me.
Well originally we had no problems with tiscali, but when we canceled for a while we had problems being re connected. Firstly they would keep passing us from department to department, then they would be saying our internet connection is working when it clearly wasn't as far as I am concerned! They would then say we had canceled them when we had not and this went on for about 3 month and we were ringing them up to 5 times a week just to check how our problem was being resolved. One of the workers at the call centre said that he can promise that our connection will be back on by the end of the week and our wireless router should be here aswell, guess what even though our connection is now sorted our router isn't here yet!
Anyway when we rang them us to cancel they said we should give it one more try so we asked the password and they had sent the lettter with the complete wrong password out.
I do not recommend Tiscali Broadband.
