Good Points

A great workout, really gets the heart rate going! challenging.


Bad Points

I don't like the 'spotted dog' move!


General Comments

Good music for a workout, I needed to pause it to get water as you really work up a sweat. I didn't lose any weight but it's good for dancers and helps to keep rhythm and co-ordination.
