Good Points

Simple, user friendly services.


Bad Points

They dont call you back. Charges are a bit expensive.


General Comments

I have been banking with HSBC for 33 years. No serious complain; I like the Internet banking. It's user friendly. May be it's because I only use it ocassionally (about 3 times amonth - max).
