Not a very long life span


General Comments

I had my first pair of Vidal Straighteners 4yrs ago, but after just over 18months the plastic casing cracked. They did replace them Free of charge, but now 18 months on again, and the temperature control has burnt out. It's VERY hot which is also heating up the casing so that you can't actually hold them!!!!!
I may contact them again, but to be honest I'm wondering it there aren't better ones on the market in my price range (I can't justify GHD at the moment!)
