Bad Points

Basic services were unreliable in my opinion for me
Customer support were unhelpful as far as I am concerned.


General Comments

I am helping a friend administrate his 'Easyspace', I advise him to move as soon as the contract runs out.

To expand on the bad points:

I have had problems actually just being able to access the control panels. At the moment the control panel, from which you can manage accounts, domains etc, is broken. My friend is paying good money for a dedicated server and he can not even use his control panel... great.

Previously I have had to send 2 support tickets just to access my server control panel- by the time they sent responses I had wasted approximately 2 days. Two weeks later I am not surprised to see the same temporary fix in place.

I have never been able to get a quick response for something urgent. I have regularly experienced 30 minutes of being hold in my opinion when I phone Easyspace and responses to support tickets take too long for me personally. When they do respond they have not yet as far as I am aware contained an apology and are very brief.

I do not recommend Easyspace.com
