I have been with natwest since 2004 as i started uni, they increased my student overdraft from 500 to 1250, it had been that way up to this day, I have finished uni and so I phoned them for an increase overdraft to 2000.
I have been working since January, but had been told by my employers I cannot work further until a id card comes through, I phoned natwest twice for this increase and they have both said different things, one guy asked me questions as they do, i.e. credit scoring ones, and he said I would get a paper in the post which i must sign and return and hey presto the overdraft increase will be there. another guy said to me i will have it within two days as everything seems normal
two days have passed, and nothing yet, I have bills to pay and bit cheesed off.
