Good Points

Very nice System and good menus
easy to use
A lot more cost effective than Sky
Always something i want to watch when i want it
Good picture quality


Bad Points

Customer service is poor. I've been on hold many times before talking to someone who knows how to do their job. But this is with every part of the BT Service not just vision.


General Comments

I read a few comments when I took up BT's Vision offer. I began to think it might be a mistake, but was willing to see for myself. Touch wood it has worked perfectly. The picture quality is superb, the TV guide is very easy to use and the search feature is very good allowing me to find exactly what i want. The On demand Service is very good, there is always something I want to watch. Its a lot better value than Sky and i can get all the same programs but without the 100's of useless channels sky would charge me for. There are a few things where sky is better e.g. sky is faster in menus, few people seem to prefer sky remote, but to be honest i would rather save the money than spend more on a few extra features.

The only down side is the customer service. Not many of the staff at BT seem to know anything about BT, or the system they use. We had to phone up several times before they got our order right. But hopefully I won't need to speak to them to often.

On the whole I would recommend trying this service.
