Wonderful food, delicious sauces especially the champagne,
food cooked to perfections.
If a point is raised then it needs to be followed up by the front of
house manager.
Having visited 1861 on 3 occasions, I feel that a dish of vegetables with the main course would satisfy the more healthy appetite.
We are in the country and men do have a good healthy appetite.
