We have just been away to Tabe, Egypt with our 2 children, one of which requires a wheelchair. The service we received on both outward and homeward bound was brilliant. We were escorted through to the plane and bypassed much of the queues which really helps when you have a child with special needs. We were extremely grateful for this and found it took a lot of pressure off. Thank you for acknowledging that people do sometimes need special treatment and help and for providing such a good service.
