Bad Service, rude flight attendants, bad food, small seats, impossible reservation department, no effort for accommodations, long delays


General Comments

Lot is definitely the worst airline I have ever flown on. The service was terrible. The stewardesses act as if they are doing you a favor by being on the plane. The plane was delayed forever. When I changed planes in Warsaw it took hours and the airport was not heated so I sat and shivered for hours between walks around the tiny building. The plane was dirty. The food was dry and flavorless. The salad looked like a bag on lettuce that has been left in the fridge and forgotten about. Despite all this, the cheapest ticket I found recently is again on Lot and I was unable to choose my seats as a result I will sit with my back to the wall on all four flights from JFK to Warsaw then from Warsaw to Poznan and back. My experience with LOT was worse than on Air Jamaic. Poland has some redeeming traits but if it wants to attract anyone, it should provide a better airline. Lot has virtually no competition.
