General Comments
I have only used them once - I ordered 5 rolls of Fuji 160c on a Wednesday evening and they arrived on Friday morning (within UK), so dispatch was speedy. Unfortunately, however, 4 of the 5 rolls were out of date, 6 months past expiry.
Speaking to them on the 'phone afterwards they said I shouldn't worry the film would probably be fine. They admitted the film had not been kept refridgerated. They didn't offer to replace the rolls. They tried to blame Fuji, saying they'd been sent out of date stock from them before (if this was true, then all the more reason to double check what you are sending your own customers, I'd have thought)!
I offered to send them the old rolls back and asked for replacements, 2 'phone calls and several weeks later I am yet to receive anything. They have made not attempt to contact me.
