Good Points

Bad Points

Interface can be a little confusing. Recovering the contents of an entire lost drive could be more streamlined.

General Comments

Works as advertised. Was able to recover the contents of two NTFS drives that chkdsk couldn't fix (both inside Windows XP or from the recovery console).
An excellent product that I wouldn't want to be without.
