The reason I rate this game so negatively is simple, GTA 4 does not live up to the hype created in my opinion. I consider myself a gamer, I play everything, first person shooters, RPG's, driving... I know when there is a big game coming out, Call of Duty... GT 3... Sims... These games lived up to expectations and media related hype, I mean look at CoD, the difference between 1 and 2, 2 and 4 is just immense, this is what makes a game, improvements. However, as far as I am concerned the hype created for this game exceeded so much more than competitors yet as far as I am aware nothing has been improved apart from graphics and this comes as standard with new games for me. To be honest I personally do not think they are that good anyway, day light is not too far of night time. I do not recommend this for the xbox 360, sorry.
