Built in limited working life of the printer unit unless you are prepared to spent crazy amounts of time and money sorting this out. Don't recommend this Canon Pixma MP510.
Very angry about this machine, made without the ability of the user to change the ink absorber! It has let me down at the most inconvenient time possible. I will not spent any time or money shipping it to be repaired! I have been told by Cannon customer service that the machine is BROKEN! Even the Customer service person agreed with me that they should sort this problem out.
CANNON could easily make it possible for the customer to change the ink absorber!
I will NEVER buy Cannon again.
I will now have to waste very valuable time purchasing another printer, anything but cannon!
I do not recommend Canon Inkjet Printers.
