I am at the moment holding yet again for a customer service advisor. I first applied for my loan 3 weeks ago they said it would be 3/4 days processing time I paid my £49.50 and guess what not heard a single thing since I have contacted them twice to be told that someone would contact me shortly. I telephoned them 20 minutes ago after holding for 10 minutes I was put through to an advisor, I explained to the advisor that I would like a refund on my £49.50 to which she put the phone down on me.
