Good Points

My hair looked 'nice'. It was a sunny day.


Bad Points

It wasn't what I wanted, no drink offered, stylist didn't smile, wasn't very talkative, rushed through, talked me out of what I wanted, didn't suggest an alternative, unresponsive, snobbish... oh I could go on


General Comments

I went to the salon on Oxford Road after hearing good reviews about the chain on a whole. What a waste of my time. I wanted a short crop cut, and proceeded to explain to her exactly how I wanted it, but immediately the stylist seemed unhappy about doing that (even though I've had the haircut before and I know it suits my face perfectly), so instead she cut my hair how she wanted and even gave me the glory of a 'side fringe' even though she told me that if I didn't like it we could always change it. I made it quite clear that I didn't want that, but she kept on insisting to put one in. Anyway, I left the salon thoroughly annoyed and feeling as though I'd wasted my time. Razor's Edge is one of those salons that gives you the impression that they're 'elite'.
