Bad Points

The bass response could be more a little more distinct and deeper, like the Sennheiser HD280 Pro, which I also own. I usually tend to rotate my headphones, and discover different characteristics of the music, depending on which "can of the week" I have chosen.
That is the only weak point I have come up with sofar.

General Comments

These full size cans have sound characteristics that is very similar to HD-600 and HD-650, which I also own. Being an experienced audiophile, it is easy to tell the difference, but for the average MP3 user, who is normally used to less expensive cans of street-style type, it can be hard to tell the difference between them and the HD-600 and 650, but once you come home and put them on, you are truly amazed by the sound quality these cans offer. I was surprised when I first received them, given their relatively low price, and the initial impression has stayed.

They are very comfortable to wear, even for extended listening sessions, in fact even more comfortable than the above mentioned cans. It has happened on many occasions that I have fallen asleep with these headphones on, listening to my IAUDIO 7, and have had them on during the entire night. I usually wake up with neck pain, since it is impossible to move the head during the night, and I also use extra pillows when I start the listening session, but that is not the headphones fault, and I must give these cans a "best buy" rating for less than ' 80 (Swedish price)!

The closest can that I own and can compete with the 595 is my Grado SR-60, but the Sennheisers outperform them by far both in bass, midrange and treble response.

The Sennheisers can easily be used with an MP3 player, due to its 50 Ohm rating and high efficiency.

They are a very good value for the money, and a must, if you intend to use the MP3 player at home, with a demand for extra sound quality, and can accept the size of them.

They perform very well on classical music too. Even though the bass response does not quite compare against the HD-600 and HD-650, and especially not against HD-280 Pro, the difference is not that big, especially not for the casual listener.
These full size cans are highly recommendable. I have owned them for about two months, and I let them play on medium volume for a full day, to break them in, in addition to the listening sessions I have had, with my IAUDIO 7 MP3 player, with MP3:s ripped with CDex at 192 kbps.

These are a "must buy" for the serious MP3 listener, who likes to use the MP3 on-the-go and want a significantly improved sound experience, at get home, without listening to CD:s.

I have not used them on a computer, so I cannot give any review of their simulated 5.1 audio.
