I didn't understand the reporting features right away, but after chatting with one of their consultants for a few minutes, I was able to start generating my own (very detailed) custom reports!
General Comments
@task provides all the tools we need to drive our growing business, and best of all, there aren't any annoying web 1.0 things like pop-ups or browser refreshes. It's all real-time and the information is all connected seamlessly throughout the application. It's been great to watch how using @task has helped us grow!
I would recommend this to any business of any size!
