Bad Points
Unable to resolve an HBOS error where the customer is financially disadvantaged
General Comments
2nd time in 12 months HBOS failed to calculate my Tax Dividends correctly. It has been now taking over 2 1/2 months after their formal written acknowledgement to give me an updated statement.
