A few of the people i spoke to were helpful and understanding


General Comments

It has taken over 2 weeks for my claim to be fully completed. It took 1 week for me 2 receive my claims form in the first place. Bad customer service. A few people i spoke to were helpful, others were not. I was even told the wrong information at one point. Another time, the person simply hung up on me. I found this completely unprofessional and I definately do not want to deal with this company any longer.
