Polite on the telephone.


Bad Points

Most claims needed to be chased up. Be aware of wording in any exclusions.


General Comments

I am disgusted with my renewal premium for this year, it has gone up a staggering 80% to just under £400!!I have been a customer for several years and last years increase was only 6%. I have claimed a few times but not for very much(with an excess of £50 plus 15% it's not worth it sometimes). When I rang them they told me premiums had increased because of the increase in vets bills, due to new treatments available(MRI scans were mentioned).When I asked if all the policies had increased by 80% not just mine, he said he couldn't say. My pet is 10, and I have to agree with another review that they are doing this to avoid paying out for older animals, if owners can no longer afford the premiums then they are forced to cancel. Surely this is not allowed.
