Good Points

They insure motorbikes.


Bad Points

Customer service is awful, Excess charges and extras automatically added that you do not want or need.


General Comments

Tried to change bike on my 1 month old Carole Nash Motorcycle Insurance policy to a newer bike, Problems and hassles and they wanted an extra £96 on top of what they have already had from me.
Cancelled a bike policy after only one month of insurance and lost 75% of the policy cost.
Went to another insurance agent and got a better deal much cheaper.
Cannot recommend and will not use again.
