I found the first day on slimfast gave me a metallic taste in my mouth so just buy yourself a pack of mint gum.

General Comments

The soups are really nice chicken and mushroom and country veg, the smoothies are really good too, to be honest the whole range is quite good.
I lost a stone in about 6 weeks, which is really good for me I don't have much to loose anyway but most other diets don't work for me therefore I well recommend Slim Fast.
