Poor customer service.
Placed an order through the online store, received a confirmation email stating that my credit card had been authorised and I'd be notified when the goods would ship. Never received an email about the goods shipping so I contacted American Apparel - only to be told that my credit card had declined so no goods would ship. Would've been good for them to tell me that 2 weeks ago when I placed the order and was told my card had been authorised. I won't be buying from them again.
