It is cheap
When Supanet service became unusable for me personally, due to poor download times I feel, I decided to change ISP. I had been a member for 13 months. They changed their T&Cs to have a penalty clause right at the end of my 12 contract. I was never advised of this change. Unhelpful customer service. Premium rate numbers to India that for me is expensive.
24 month tie in as far as I am concerned. Do not recommend Supanet.com
