One individual member of staff was very good. He left.
Taylors Estate Agents were OK but not great, I wouldn't purchase a house that was being sold through them again. Not very proactive in processing the sale (although they started off very well) - it seemed to be us asking them to ask questions, & contact the vendor direct since the Solicitor was 'unavailable' for nearly seven weeks. They weren't very active in wanting to complete the sale which surprises me. They do eventually return calls to be fair but I was never entirely confident that they were in control of what was going on - or even aware of the latest position (or even of the existence of joint vendors for the property). I have to say that I was warned about using Taylors by work colleagues but ignored the warnings.
